A vibrant mezze platter is the heart of Mediterranean dining — a colourful spread of dips, breads, cheeses, and nibbles perfect for sharing. This platter brings together authentic Greek and Mediterranean favourites, offering a variety of textures and flavours that pair beautifully with your wholesale range.
Ingredients
Dips & Spreads:

150g hummus

150g tzatziki
-
100g baba ghanoush
-
100g spicy feta dip (tirokafteri)
Cheese & Protein:

120g feta cheese, cubed

150g grilled halloumi slices
-
100g marinated gyros or souvlaki pieces (optional)
Accompaniments:

1 cup mixed olives (green & Kalamata)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small cucumber, sliced

1 roasted red pepper, sliced

Fresh herbs (mint, dill, parsley) for garnish
Bread:

3–4 Greek pittas, warmed and sliced into triangles

Drizzle of olive oil for serving
Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:
Warm the pittas and grill halloumi until golden. Slice the vegetables and prepare all dips in small serving bowls. -
Assemble the Platter:
Arrange everything on a large serving board or tray. Place dips in bowls, then surround them with cheeses, olives, gyros, vegetables, and pitta slices. -
Finishing Touches:
Drizzle olive oil over the feta and halloumi, sprinkle with herbs, and add a dash of black pepper or paprika for colour.
